What is Shaun Week?

Shaun Week is a seven-day, intensive, full-body boot camp developed by Shaun T to motivate you to dig deeper. Be prepared for some serious sweating because workouts are intense. There’ll be a lot of vicious cardio drills and intense strength conditioning packed with one whole workout focused on your core/abs.

Who’s it for?

Shaun Week is for anyone and everyone. Every workout has a modification you can switch to when it gets too intense. Also, there are many water breaks so you get a chance to catch your breath. I’ll just say… at times it does get tough, but as you get stronger you can follow Shaun and his crew more easily. If you’ve done any of the Shaun T’s previous workouts, then you know he’s really motivating and will make sure that you pull through. You just need to focus and do the work. That’s all.
